Please note that reservations for childcare must be made at least 48 hours in advance

All of our caregivers undergo an extensive hiring process, including:

• First Aid / C.P.R. Certification
• Police checked for a criminal record
• Work and personal references
• Appropriate qualifications

Our caregivers are trained by an Early Childhood Educator (E.C.E.), with particular regard to:

• Use of age appropriate activities
• Preparing children for bed
• Behaviour management using positive methods of child guidance
• Emergency procedures

Our caregivers are required to demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Responsibility
• Maturity
• Experience with Children
• Problem Solving and Creativity
• Honesty

Our caregivers cannot smoke, allow guests in the hotel room, or use the telephone for personal calls.

Our caregivers are equipped with the following essentials:

• Age appropriate activity kit including:

• Reading books, games, puzzles, colouring books, crayons, etc.

• Safety Checklist

• The caregiver performs a safety check of the hotel room prior to service.

• First Aid Kit

• Registration Forms
